GIFT CARD REFUNDS:
We have begun the process of fully refunding all gift card balances.
Regardless of how your gift card was purchased, we want you to have any remaining balance. Funding verified remaining balances is not an issue, and we will be diligent about seeing it through. Your patience will be very much appreciated, as the list is fairly long. As with any gift card, please treat the card as cash and protect the information contained on it. Once a refund has been issued, the gift card value will be reset to zero.
To see the remaining balance on your gift card, please:
- Visit my.Loopz.io
- Please click on "CHECK BALANCE".
- Please enter the gift card number in the space provided. Please double-check the number, and please be careful not to confuse any letter “O” with any number “0”.
- Please click on “FIND CARD”. The balance history will appear.
- If you experience a problem, PLEASE DON’T PANIC. Please tell us about the problem by TEXTING the details to the phone number below. The number will not receive incoming telephone calls. Again, thank you for your patience.
TO REQUEST A GIFT CARD BALANCE REFUND, simply take a photo of the information on your card and text the photo to 904-568-5656, along with your full name, your callback/textback number, and your mailing address. A check for any remaining balance will be sent to you via U.S. Mail. Please use this number for TEXTING gift card refund requests only. This number will not receive incoming telephone calls.
